Kelli Johnson, MA, is an educational speech-language pathologist in Minnesota, where she has worked with students from early childhood through 12th grade. She has provided services to speech- and language-impaired adults and children in a variety of medical and educational settings over the last 18 years.
In 2008, Johnson was granted a sabbatical to collaborate with interpreters to create therapy curriculum and materials for language-disordered Hmong-, Somali- and Spanish-speaking students in Minneapolis. She has also provided continuing education at several schools as well as to clinicians in the Minnesota Speech-Language Hearing Association related to the special needs of English language learners (ELLs) with speech-language impairment.
She holds a BA in English from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA in communication disorders from the University of Minnesota.
